Organization and Procrastination

In order to stay organized through my personal life and my schooling, I write everything down. If it is not down on my calander or my planner it likely will not even happen. Now this means that I have a TON of stuff in my planners and calanders, so in order to still keep organized everything is color cordianted. Each subject in school has a different color that reminds me of them, like English is green and History is orange. All of my personal things are always in pink or purple because those are my favorite colors. I think this is an incredible way to organize your life and keep yourself constantly productive with time for relaxing as well. This organization method gives me plenty of room to move and keep updated with my busy schedule.
Procrastination hurts you in many ways. Not only by not getting your work done, with procrastination you also don't have a good work ethic which can be very harmful. If you don't get your work done that needs to be, you will struggle with that the rest of your life. To get rid of procrstination you can rgnaize your schedule and set aside specific times for doing things. That way you can never use the excuse "I didn't have any time" or "I was too busy". You also need to realize that this work needs to be done and that you can't make excuses. The best thing to do is have someone close to you to hole you accountable to these things. Maybe you can also do the same for them. That way, you aren't alone and it won't seem as that much of a challenge with friends.

  1. I also need a planner. When I am given tasks, or events to remember I usually forget about the whole thing. This causes a lot of procrastination in my life and causes a lot of stress.
